How to order:

As an exhibitor at trade shows/events where Nordic Expo Service handles booth services, you can order booth furnishings in our webshop.

1. Select your trade show/event from the list on the left – you will then be taken directly to the event’s own webshop.

Please read the information under your trade show carefully – terms and content may vary between different events. Prices apply to rental per item for the entire event duration, unless otherwise stated.

Select your products in the webshop on the left and add them to your cart. Note that some products have different prices depending on the venue where you exhibit. A limited number of products, such as plants, cannot be delivered to all venues – this will be indicated when you click on the product.

Some products are marked “price on request” – enter the desired quantity, and we will get back to you with a price.

2. When you’ve finished selecting in the webshop, proceed to checkout.

Here you enter your company details for invoicing. We normally send invoices in PDF format. It’s important that you provide the correct email address for the invoice. We will send you a confirmation and prices if you requested a quote.

Please note the final order date, which is stated for your trade show.
