Since spring 2025, Malmö Mäss-Service and Kista Mäss-Service have merged to form Nordic Expo Service – a strong and strategic partner for fairs and events throughout the Nordics. By combining our experience, resources, and local presence in both southern and northern Sweden, we create a more flexible, comprehensive, and future-proof provider of stand services and exhibition production.
Malmö Mäss-Service was founded in 1994 and began by organizing fairs in the old Saab factory in Västra Hamnen. After a few years in temporary locations, Malmömässan in Hyllie was completed in 2012, where MMS became the contractor for stand services – a role we continue to hold today.
Beyond Malmö, we build fairs and provide stand services throughout Sweden and internationally. We collaborate with organizers such as EasyFairs, Fair Media, Live Business Media Group, and SwedenBIO Service, and have been involved in many recurring events including Nordic Game, Bröllopsfeber, Øredev, and Falsterbo Horse Show.
We also rent out one of Sweden’s largest selections of exhibition materials and cooperate with the carpentry workshop Malmö Kök & Inredning for customized solutions. Since 2023, MMS has been partly owned by EasyFairs.
Kista Mäss-Service was established in the winter of 2024 when Easyfairs Nordic acquired the stand construction business at Kistamässan from Workman Event. The aim was to strengthen Easyfairs’ market presence and create a more integrated, comprehensive solution for fairs and events.
Today, Kista Mäss-Service is a full-service operation at Kistamässan, helping customers create successful events by building stands, offering design and furnishing solutions, and much more.
